Steven Shaer
Vice President - Client Services

Steven Shaer is responsible for Mage’s business development and providing clients with management and organizational support to help achieve their goals. As Vice President of Client Relations, Steven interacts with Mage’s clients in an advisory role and is committed to the continuous improvement of their capabilities. With more than 25 years of expertise in sales and marketing, Shaer has the ability to provide “hands-on” experience along with an extensive range of knowledge to best serve clients.

He began his career working in a family business within the footwear industry rising to the position of Vice President of Sales. After 11 years of driving steady revenue growth for his family business, the company was sold to investors and Shaer decided to make a career change and focus on sales in another profession. He immediately met with success, serving as a sales executive in the financial services industry and later moving on to the environmental industry. His first-hand knowledge of working with a multitude of divergent customers, ranging in size from very small to large multinational corporations, provides him with invaluable results-oriented skills.

Shaer’s expertise includes sales coaching, training, and management. He also has vast experience in marketing enabling him to help companies develop, improve and combine their marketing and sales efforts more efficiently.

Shaer has a B.A. in political science from The University of Michigan and a Master of Arts degree in international affairs from George Washington University.
