N.E. State Food Service And National Groups Lend Support To April 6-8 NEFS Exposition

More than 800 exhibitors and 13 state associations and supporting organizations are lending support to the Northeast Foodservice & Lodging Exposition and Conference scheduled for April 6-8 at the Bayside Expo Center in Boston.

Supporting organizations include the Massachusetts Restaurant Assn., Massachusetts Lodging Assn., Massachusetts Food Service Assn., New England Innkeepers Assn., Rhode Island Hospitality and Tourism Assn., Maine Restaurant Assn., New Hampshire Lodging and Restaurant Assn., Vermont Lodging and Restaurant Assn., Connecticut Restaurant Assn., Connecticut Lodging Assn., Canadian Food Exporters Assn., Foodservice Consultants Society Int'l., Massachusetts Specialty Foods Assn., and National Assn. of College and University Food Services.

The show is expected to draw 800 exhibitors in areas of food products, furniture, scales, uniforms, shelving, air cleaners, soaps, cooking equipment, ovens, signs, flatware, carts, accounting systems, tables and counters, freezers, chairs, glassware, bar equipment, waste equipment and disposal systems, dishwashers, detergents and cleaning compounds, ice cream and pasta equipment.

Exhibit hours are set for Sunday April 6 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday, April 7 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Tuesday, April 8 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Fourteen information packed conferences including a keynote presentation will also fill the three days.
