The food service industry is exceptionally competitive and a majority of new companies fail. However, there are ways you can build value into your seafood business to increase its chance of being a success. Boston has always been a major seafood market, but in order to make real money and establish longevity, local distributors need to understand customer service. Not knowing how to build a business and secure repeat customers is a recipe for disaster. More importantly, knowing how to make your service unique, as well as market and sell your products to your customers are keys to success.
