Mage's Client Update

Mage's services and client roster continue to grow. The following is a quick list highlighting some of our recent client work and successes:

Financial Services:
A year ago, Mage was contacted by the owner of a privately-held, family-operated manufacturing company. He wanted guidance on how to develop an optimal exit strategy that was tailored to fit the company's unique needs. Mage worked to create a strategic plan to build value in the company and make it more attractive to potential buyers. The result is a significantly more valuable business that attracted multiple buyers. Mage is currently negotiating the sale, helping the owner reach his desired exit strategy and overall goals.

Organizational Development:
Mage is working with an international fashion distributor to help create a more efficient organization. Owners of several separate product lines, this local business was faced with changing industry dynamics. Mage has helped them define their business strategy by developing opportunities and partnerships. Additionally, Mage assessed the company's organizational needs, while incorporating additional brands and product lines.

Board Management:
Mage has worked with a local Massachusetts beverage company to create and manage their Board of Advisors. Mage was charged with identifying and interviewing possible candidates, securing their services, developing the company brand, and increasing sales. The resulting board has helped the company enhance its brand and plan a smooth succession from one generation to the next.

Family Business Transition:
Mage recently started working with a Boston-based professional services company to create and implement a family business succession plan. The company was having difficulty coming up with a transition strategy and had problems with its overall organization. Mage has already coached the senior executives to help create a family business plan and worked with them to create a more structured and professional team.
