JONATHAN FREEDMAN
PRESIDENT
Jonathan Freedman is responsible for overseeing
Mage's internal operations and managing the company's long-term
success. As a consultant, Freedman assists companies in the development
of vision and missions, strategic planning, executive coaching,
recruitment strategies, organization design and team building.
Drawing on his years of business ownership, service marketing,
and management experience, Freedman's expertise includes marketing,
business development, finance and administration.

Additionally, his forte is the design and implementation
of control systems. Freedman has been instrumental in guiding
clients through strategic turnaround situations, resulting in
greater efficiencies and increased profit margins.
Our clients find Freedman's communication, presentation and facilitator
skills invaluable in leading and developing boards and facilitating
executive meetings. His extensive and broad consulting experience
and entrepreneurial background led to his appointment as president
of Mage.
Freedman is also a director at the Hebrew Rehabilitation
Center for the Aged and has recently been named to a third term
on that institution's Executive Committee.
Freedman has a B.A. in political science from
McGill University and an MBA from Clark University with a concentration
in organizational development.
